摘要
介绍了一种在一般实验室都能使用的适用于ＳＳＣＰ分析电泳的改良方法．并对如何设计引物、选择ＰＣＲ条件和分析结果进行了讨论．
Lessons and experiences are sum-marized in the PCR-SSCP anlysis, an im-proved electrophoretic PCR-SSCP analysissuitable to general laboratory is introduced.And how to design primers,to choose PCRconditions and analysis of the experimental re-sults are discussed.
