摘要
本文用小剂量多虑平治疗口服氯氮平所引起的流涎副反应,有效率92.5%,与对照组比较,副作用无明显增加。因此我们认为,小剂量多虑平可以用来治疗氯氮平所致的流涎。
The salivation side effects induced by clozapine were treated with small dosage doxepine in 40 cases. The respoonse rate was 92.5% and there were no other adverse effects emersed.
