摘要
本文采用了功能派倡导的倾向于翻译功能的“从全局到局部”的研究方法对法律翻译进行了描述研究。通过将宏观层面的翻译目的和文本功能与微观层面的句法结构和用词技巧结合统一,探讨了功能翻译理论指导法律翻译实践的合理性及可行性。
This paper employs the functionally-oriented top -down methodology recommended by the functionalists to make a descriptive study of legal translation approaches，Through integrating the macro-level translation skopos and text function with the micro-level syntactic structures and lexical expressions, this study makes an analysis of the rationality and applicability of the functionalist translation theory as the guidelines for legal translation。
