摘要
伴随着全球化的进程,作为跨文化法律交际桥梁的法律翻译在法律活动中的重要作用越来越突出。本文首先阐述了法律语言在语篇、语句和词汇方面的特点及法律翻译的基本原则,进而论述了法律语言的特点对英汉和汉英法律笔译的影响及问题的解决。
With the development of globalization,legal translation is becoming more and more important in legal activities.This essay is to discuss the effect of the characteristics of legal language on legal translation and to analyze the problems which are needed to be solved in legal translation.
