摘要
本文论述了制约中亚国家安全战略选择的多种因素,中亚各国在平衡内外重大影响因素的利弊下对安全战略进行了不同程度的调整,积极创建全方位、多层次的经济安全战略;倡导以中亚为中心的多边务实国际安全战略;重视在非传统安全领域的合作,形成了以反恐合作为主攻方向、核安全合作和反毒合作齐头并进的非传统安全战略。
In the world,there exist many factors restricting the op tions of security strategies in the Central Asian countries. After weighing thos e essential domestic and foreign influencing factors, these countries have made various adjustments in order to set up a gradable omnibearing economic security strategy. They called for a practical and multilateral international security st rategy centered on the Central Asian countries; put an emphasis on cooperation i n untraditional security fields, and finally established an untraditional securi ty strategy which sees anti-terrorist cooperation as its major task and stresses on cooperation in nuclear safety and anti-drug activities.
