摘要
“156项工程”是“一五”期间苏联援建的项目,项目的确定主要是通过三次谈判精心酝酿而成,项目布局的特点是以改变工业布局的不合理状况为着重点、重视有效利用资源、兼顾促进落后地区的经济发展及结合国防安全因素进行综合考虑的。“156项工程”在我国经济建设史上有着重要的历史地位,它的建设实施也为我国积累了丰富的工业建设经验。
The 156-Project was a project system assisted by USSR during the First-five-year-Plan period.The items in the project were decided through three talks between China and USSR.The layout of the items was for the consideration on changing the unreasonable industrial arrangement in China,the effective use of the resources,enhancing the economic development of undeveloped regions and caring about the national defense.The 156-Project plays an important role in the history of Chinese economic construction.China attains plenty of experiences in the construction of industry from the 156-Project.
