摘要
提出了一种通过计算机模拟寻求燃烧系统主要参数间优化匹配的正交模拟法。用这种方法对S195非直喷式柴油机燃烧系统进行了正交模拟计算,并用该样机的正交试验优化结果对正交模拟优化结果进行了验证和对比。结果表明:正交模拟法理论思路合理,实际可行,并能获得准确度较高的寻优效果。
This paper presented a method of optimum matching the major parameters of indirect injection diesel engine combustion system by computer simulated calculation. The method was called the orthogonal simulated calculation method. The orthogonal simulated calculation was used to the combustion system of S195 swirl chamber diesel engine. It is proved by contrasting the practice orthogonal test result with the orthogonal simulated optimum result of the engine that this method is correct and feasible.
