乳杆菌细胞壁表面黏附相关蛋白的提取和鉴定 被引量:8

摘要 目的:提取和鉴定参与乳杆菌黏附肠上皮样细胞以及粘蛋白受体的细胞壁表面蛋白. 方法:采用HRP标记的粘蛋白受体以及NHS—Biotin标记的HT-29细胞与提取的乳杆菌JCM1081的细胞壁表面蛋白进行蛋白印迹,对参与黏附的细胞壁表面蛋白进行初步鉴定. 结果:Western blot结果显示Mr29 000和Mr 14 000的两种细胞壁表面蛋白在与粘蛋白受体和HT-29细胞的杂交中都出现了强阳性. 结论:存在于乳杆菌JCM1081细胞壁表面的Mr29 000和Mr 14 000的两种蛋白能够特异性识别粘蛋白受体和细胞膜受体,并与之结合,为乳杆菌JCM1081的黏附相关蛋白.
