摘要
将afp基因导入杏花粉管对果实发育产生的影响进行了研究,结果表明:处理后果实进入第一速长期多数较对照推迟,最长7d,最短3d,提前3~11d进入第二速长期。所有处理组合坐果率均较对照明显下降。果实含糖量除组合1与对照相等外,其余均较对照高,以组合7最高,较对照高3.8%。各因素对坐果率和果实含糖量影响大小依次为:切除花柱>授粉后间隔时间>DNA浓度,影响坐果率以不切除花柱、DNA浓度500μg/ml和授粉后间隔1d处理为最佳组合;影响果实含糖量以完全切除花柱、DNA浓度2.50μg/ml和授粉后间隔2d处理为最佳组合;影响果实发育以不切除花柱、DNA浓度250μg/mL和授粉后间隔1d处理为最佳组合。
The alp gene was transtened into the apricot pollen tube, its effect on the fruits development was studried The result indicated that the treated fruits got into the first rapid growing period later for 3 to 7 clays than the colnparison, but got into the second rapid growing period earlier for 8 to 11 clays than that of the comparison. Compared with the comparison, fruit bearing percentage of all treatments remarkably declined, the saccharinity of the No. Itreatment was equal to the comparison and the others′ all increased. The saccharinity of the No. 7 is the highest,3. 8%higher than that of the comparison. The order from high to low of factors effecting on fi'uit bearing rate and the saccharinity is: cut the flower tube >interval after pollination > DNA concentration. The best group of the effect on bearing percentage is the group with uncut pollen tube, 500μg / ml DNA concentration and treated after pollination for one day; The best group of the effect on saccharinity is the group with pollen tube completely cut, 250 g/ml DNA Concentration and treated after pollination for two days; The best gi'oup of the effect on development of fruit is the group with uncut pollen tube, 250 g / ml DNA concentration and treated after pollination for one day.
