摘要
在实验室内，进行了罗氏沼虾的亲虾越冬，抱卵虾的孵化、幼体培育及仔虾淡化等人工繁育苗种技术的试验研究。其结果为在人为控制条件下，亲虾越冬存活率４６．３％、受精率８４．６％，受精亲虾的繁殖率为８１．８％，幼体育成率为２４．６％，在０．５ｍ￣３的水体中共获淡化虾苗６４０６尾。
This paper deals with the studies on the hibernation,hatching,rearing of larvaeand desalination of Macrobrachium rosenbergii in laboratory. The results show that the sur-vival rate of parent shrimp is 46.3%,the fertilizing rate is 84.6%,the reproductive rate ofparent shrimp is 81.8%,and the survival rate of larvae is 24.6%. 6 406 larvae were ob-tained in a 0.5m￣3 aquatic tank.
