文章综述了克氏原螯虾的食性、营养价值以及对蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质、免疫增强剂等营养物质需求量的研究进展,旨在为配制克氏原螯虾配合饲料提供参考。
The eating habit and nutritional value of Proeambaru clarkii and the research progress in nutrition requirement of protein, fatty, carbohydrate, vitamin E, inorganic element and immunostimulants were reviewed to provide reference for making compound feed.
