摘要
提出了一种新型旋转驱动器的仿生动作原理,并设计出基于这一动作原理的驱动器结构及其控制器。试验表明,这种驱动器具有精度高、步距范围宽(无级可调)、内藏传感器、输出特性好及抗负载扰动能力强等特点。它适用于光学、电子、航空、航天、机器人、IC及超导、生物医学及遗传工程中的高精度直接驱动。
This paper proposes a bionical working principle of a new rotary actuator.Based on it,a bionicalstepping rotary arctuator and its controller are designed.Experiment results show that the actuator hasmany advantages such as high precision,wide stepping range(steplessly adjustable),inner sensor,perfectoutput characteristics and powerful ability to resist load interference,It can be adopted as a high precisiondirect drive actuator in aerospace,aviation,electronics,optics,robot,semiconductor and IC,biomedicineand genetic engineering.
