摘要
作者研究了肝癌患者肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（ＴＩＬ）的体外分离、扩增培养和临床治疗，其目的是寻求癌症术后综合治疗更为有效的方法。结果表明，１２例用于ＴＩＬ培养的肿瘤组织重量平均４．８ｇ，细胞数５．８×１０￣７，培养时间３１．８天，最大扩增倍数１０００倍。ＬＡＫ上清液能显著促进ＴＩＬ的扩增培养。本组对１０例患者进行了ＴＩＬ的临床治疗，采用了经肝动脉的输注途径，回输细胞量为４×１０￣８～１．１×１０￣（１０）肝癌ＴＩＬ还显示对靶细胞有明显杀伤活性。
Abstract Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes isolated fromfreshly resected tumors of 12 patients with hepatocarci-noma were propagated in vitro and infused to patients.The average weight of tumor for culture of TIL was4.8g,number of cells 5.8 × 10￣7,time for in vitro ex-pansion was 31.8 days,The maximal expansionachieved 1000 fold,with a mean amplification rate of198.5 fold.LAK cell culture supernatant stimulatedTIL growth.10 of 12 patients received clinical treat-ment,the number of cells infused reached 4 × 10￣8～1.1×10￣(10).TIL was infused by hepatic artery。TIL isolat-ed from hepatocarcinoma demonstrated cvtotoxic activi-ty to tumor targets.
