摘要
目的:探讨α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)与Ⅱ型糖尿病的关系,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法:用放射免疫分析对104例(有微血管病变55例,无微血管病变49例)非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病(NIDDM)患者和38例健康人血小板GMP-140、血浆GMP-140进行测定及血小板直接计数。结果:NIDDM患者血小板GMP-140、血浆GMP-140水平显著高于对照组(P<0.001);有微血管病变NIDDM与无微血管病变NIDDM患者血小板GMP-140、血浆GMP-140水平比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.001)。有微血管病变和无微血管病变患者的血小板GMP-140与血浆GMP-140均呈显著正相关(r1=0.69,r2=0.75);NIDDM患者血小板计数与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);NIDDM患者在控制血糖(<7.8mmol/L)前提下服用阿斯匹林6个月后,复查眼底及GMP-140,结果与治疗前无明显差异。结论:NIDDM患者微血管病变与血小板功能及GMP-140水平的变化有着十分密切的关系。
PURPOST To investigate the relations between the level of GMP-140 and microangiopathy in NIDDM for earlier diagnosis or better treatment,the level of GMP-140 in both platelet and plasma was measured.METHODS The level of GMP-140 in both platelet and plasma in 104 cases with NIDDM(55 with and 49 without microagiopathy) and 38 controls were assayed by RIA and also simulataneously with direct platelet count.RESULTS The level of GMP-140 in both platelet and plasma in NIDDM was remarkably higher than that in controls(P<0.001).Significant differences also existed in the level of GMP-140 between those with and without microangiopathy.Positive correlation was found between the level of GMP-140 in plasma and platelet in cases with microangiopathy and without. microangiopathy(r1=0.69,r2=0.75).No differences existed in platelet count between NIDDM and controls.The level of GMP-140 and ophthalmoscopic study had no chafe after decreasing the concentration of blood glucose(<7.8mmol/L)and administrating aspirin for 6 months.CONCLUSION Microangiopathy in NIDDM had close relation with platelet function and the level of GMP-140.
