摘要
“经济增长”和“增加就业”都是我国宏观经济政策中的重要目标。长期以来,理论界对于谁是优先目标这个问题一直争论不休。作者认为,在不同特定的发展阶段,优先目标是不同的。就我国目前来讲,“增加就业”应该放在优先发展的位置上,而“经济增长”应适度调整其发展的模式。
'economic growth'and'increasing employment'are all important goals in macro economic policies of our country. For a long time, the theory circle has been debating endlessly all the time to that who is the preferential goal.The author thinks, it will be different at different specific developing stage.As for China at present,'increasing employment'should be set upon the first position of development, and we should adjust the developing mode of'economic growth'reasonably.
