摘要
利用NXS-11型双圆筒旋转式粘度仪,研究了黄原胶对消失模铸造水基涂料流变行为的影响。结果表明:涂料中加入0.2%黄原胶后,可使涂料流型变为具有一定屈服值的假塑性流体。且随黄原胶加入量的增加,涂料粘度和屈服值增加。鉴于黄原胶的优异性能,黄原胶可望作为微量添加剂在消失模铸造水基涂料中获得应用。
The effect of xanthan gum on Evaparative Pattern Casting (EPC) coating was studied using double cylinders rotary viscosimeter (mode NXS-11). The results showed that xanthan gum can improve rheological behavior of the EPC coating. With addition of 0.2% xanthan gum into the EPC coating, the rheological behavior of the coating is similar to pseudoplastic fluid with certain yield value. The viscosity and yield of the coating increase with increased xanthan gum content. Based on its excellent properties, it is believed that xanthan gum can be widely used in EPC water-base coatings to improve its rheological behavior.
