摘要
研制了一种新型的“四合一”磷化液的配方。通过性能检测,此处理液具有良好的除油、除锈、磷化、钝化综合功能,生成的膜结晶均匀,呈灰色,涂膜附着力强。硫酸铜点滴时间在2min以上,氯化钠浸泡6h以上无锈迹出现。
A new phosphating solution was developed. The phosphating coat formed in this solution was smooth and gray in color, and had high adhesion, and could withstand CuSO_4 corrosion test for more than 2 mins and NaCl immersion test for more than 6 hours.
