摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪等手段对钢铁表面发黑层的结构、组成、形貌等进行了观测研究。结果表明,发黑层晶粒细小、排列规则,其主要成份是晶态结构的Fe_3O_4。应用热力学、动力学的理论对发黑层的形成机理及可能发生的化学反应进行了初步的探讨。
The structure, constitute and form of iron and steel blackening layer were studied by SEM and X-ray diffrac-tormeter. The results shows that the blackening layer crystal is small and arrange regular, the main composition of layer is crystalline structure Fe_3O_4.
