地龙类药物对大鼠阳离子化牛血清白蛋白肾炎模型的影响鄢 被引量:9

Effect of earthworn and earthworn-mud (EW & EWM) on nephritis induced by cationic bovine serum albumin in rats

摘要 目的探讨地龙类药物对大鼠阳离子化牛血清白蛋白(C-BSA)肾炎的作用及其机制。方法将40只wistar雄性大鼠制成C-BSA肾炎模型,研究地龙类药物对该模型的干预作用。结果地龙及地龙泥两组24h尿蛋白(UP)、血脂、血小板最大聚集率、血清白介素-6及白介素-2受体显著低于模型组,血清白蛋白(Alb)及白介素-2则显著高于模型组;治疗两组肾脏病理损害较模型组明显减轻。结论地龙类药物能使大鼠C-BSA肾炎UP减少,血脂降低,血浆Alb上升,使肾脏病理损害减轻,可能是通过减轻血小板在肾小球局部的聚集作用,并调节体内某些细胞因子而发挥作用。 [Objective] To investigate the effect of EW&EWM on nephritis induced by cationic bovine serum albumin (C-BSA) of rat kidney. [Methodes] Through making 30 rat model with C-BSA induced nephritis, the interfering effect of EW & EWM on this model was studied. [Results] The serum levels of interlenkin-6 (IL-6), soluble interlenkin-2 recepter (sIL-2R), cholesterol(ch), triglyceride(TG), maximal aggregating-platelet rate (MAR) and urine protein(UP) were significantly higher in model group than in normal group and those evidently lower in EW & EWM groups than in model group; that of interlenkin-2(IL-2) and albumin (Alb) evidently lower in model group than in normal group (P <0.01) and those markedly higher in EW & EWM groups than in model group (P <0.01); There was a considerable decrease on renal pathology in the two groups treat with EW & EWM than in model group. [Conlusion] This result suggest that EW & EWM can change UP, Ch, TG, Alb and renal pathology in C-BSA induced nephritis rats through reducing the platelet aggregation at the glomeruli of kidney and regulating the serum levels of IL-2, IL-2R and IL-6.
