摘要
分别在500℃和800℃2种温度下对3Y-TZP纳米粉体预烧,粉体样品的TEM,BET,SAXS测试结果和烧成品的体积密度结果分析表明:预烧热处理温度对纳米3Y-TZP粉体性能的影响是显著的。结合实验与理论分析,得出预烧粉末颗粒长大的机理,预烧温度对粒度变化、烧成温度及体积密度的影响作用。
The nano- 3Y- TZP powders were heat-treated at 600℃ and 95 0 ℃ , respectively. All the results , come from TEM, BET, SAXA and bulk density , indicated that the influence of heat treatment on the performance of the nano - 3Y- TZP powders is notable. Combining the experimental results and theoretic al analysis, the mechanism of the particle growth, and the effect of heat treatm ent upon the change of the granularity, sintering temperature and bulk density w ere obtained.
