摘要
采用化学共沉淀工艺制备纳米级的YSZ粉料 ,具有稳定的立方晶相 ,粒度细 ,10nm左右 ,分布窄 ,比表面为 92 .77m2 / g ,颗粒球形度好的特点 ,粉料中孔径尺寸为 15 .5 5nm ,孔的总体积为 0 .36 0 8mL/ g ,反应活性高 。
The nanometer YSZ powders,gained by the processes of chemical co-precipitating,have stabilized cubic multi crystal,fine size of 10?nm,uniform spherical particles with narrow sized distribution,high special surface area 92.77?m 2/g,mid sized pore 15.55?nm with volume of 0.360?8?mL/g,and high reactive active.The powders with the above characteristics can be used as the raw materials to produce the oxygen ion conductors.
