摘要
对‘红阳’猕猴桃全红型芽变(863)及对照‘红阳’进行了品质及花粉电镜扫描方面的研究。结果表明,与‘红阳’相比,863果实中花青素含量极显著增加,变异性状稳定,但其它品质不及母株果实。两者花粉粒极面观、赤道面观及表面纹饰相似,而极轴长与赤道轴长之比(P/E)差异显著。花粉形态研究表明亲缘关系极近的芽变株及其母株的功能基因有所不同。
Fruit quality and pollen morphology from electron microscope scanning of‘Red Sun’kiwifruit and its red-fleshed sport (86-3) were studied. The results were as follows: The content of anthocyanin in 86-3 increased significantly and stayed stable in the consecutive two years, while other qualities were not so good as those of‘Red Sun’. The polar views, equatorial views and exine ornaments of pollen grains were similar between 86-3 and‘Red Sun’, while the length ratios of polar axis and equatorial axis(P/E) were distinctively different. The study of pollen morphology indicated that there was a little difference in functional genes between 86-3 and its maternal plant.
