摘要
通过在课外体育锻炼中,针对不同性别、不同体质现状的健康大学生分别实施以提高速度、发展心肺耐力、增强肌肉力量、减少体重、全面健身等为主要内容的健身运动处方,探讨应用不同类型运动处方进行健身锻炼对提高河南省高校大学生健身效果的实效性,以便为健身运动处方在河南省高校的推广普及提供参考。
In order to study the effect of physical fitness exercise prescription on the undergraduate students of different sexes and different constitution when they are doing extra-curriculum exercises, the author of this paper designes and applies five different exercise prescriptions concerning improving speed, promoting cardiac capsular function, building up muscle power, diet, and overall physical fitness exercises. The result of the study shows that it is helpful to apply the different exercise prescriptions to the appropriate groups. The author of this article hopes to offer some constructive suggestion for the related experts and to promote the popularity of physical fitness exercise prescription in colleges and universities of Henan Province.
