摘要
通过盆栽土培,以亚硒酸钠的形式供给不同水平的硒,研究了硒对大豆苗期的生物学特性、根系活力、叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质质量分数的影响,结果显示:当补硒浓度为0-1mg/g时,各项指标的变化均与硒浓度呈正相关,超过1mg/g后则反向变化;但在10mg/g以下,各项指标水平均优于未施硒的.
Using soil-culture in pot with selenium provided at different levels in the form of Na2SeO3,the paper studies the effect of selenium on the biological characteristics, root system activity, water - soluble protein content, chlorophyll of Soybean. The results indicate: At the range of 0 - 1 mg/g, the above indexes increase with Se concentration; when the selenium concentratimis higer than 1 mg/g, the trend is on the other direction; if it is below 10 mg/g,all indexes are much better than CK.
