摘要
河北省是一个矿产资源大省,也是一个矿业开发大省,随着经济建设的快速发展,矿山环境问题,特别是矿山地质环境问题和地质灾害日益显现,不仅影响到矿业经济可持续发展,还危害社会稳定和人民生命及财产安全。本文立足于矿业开发在河北省国民经济中的重要作用,论述了矿山环境问题的形成原因及影响,参考借鉴了一些发达国家矿山环境的主要做法,对河北省矿山环境保护与矿业可持续发展提出了对策和建议。
Hebei is a province rich in mineral resources and has a well-developed mining industry. Alongside the economic rapid development, mine environmental, especial mine geological environmental worsen gradually and geological disasters occur increasingly. This has not only negative influence on mining sustainable development, but endangers the social security and people's life and property. This paper analyzes important role of mining indusdry in Hebei economic development and expounds the reasons arouse the environmental problems and their influences and introduces some experiences in the field of mine environmental protection in the developed countries. Then authors put forward countermeasures and proposals for mining environmental protection and sustainable development of mining industry in Hebei.
