摘要
通过聚丙烯薄膜和铜箔的表面处理和胶粘剂的选择,对它们的粘接进行了研究,经胶接接头的剥离强度和耐溶剂性能测试,筛选出粘接强度高、耐溶剂性能良好粘接接头,结果铜箔和聚丙烯薄膜的最高的剥离强度可达到14N/cm,与不经任何处理的空白试样相比,增加近7倍。
The effects of the surface treatment of polypropylene film and copper foil on the adhesion between them and choice adhesive were investigated in the paper. From testing the properties of peel strength and solvent resistance of adhesive joint,the excellent adhesive joint was found,which possesses high adhesive strength and bearing the solvent performance. The largest peel strength between polypropylene film and copper foil can achieve 14N/cm,it's about 7times than that of the sample without any surface treatment.
