室间隔缺损介入治疗前后可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1、P选择素、肌钙蛋白I的变化及意义 被引量:8

Changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule -1,P-selecti n ,cTnI in patients with ventricular septal defect after transcatheter closure

摘要 目的:探讨先天性心脏病室间隔缺损(ventricularseptaldefect,VSD)患者血清可溶性细胞黏附分子鄄1(solubleintercellularadhesionmolecule鄄1,sICAM鄄1)、可溶性P选择素(solubleP鄄selectin,sP鄄selectin,sPs)、肌钙蛋白I(troponinI,cTnI)在介入治疗前后的变化及其临床意义。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测34例VSD患者血清中sICAM鄄1、sPs、cTnI在介入封堵治疗术前后的浓度变化。结果:与术前相比,术后即刻sICAM鄄1、sPs显著升高,三者在术后24、48h下降,其中48h达最低水平(与术前相比),术后72h显著升高(与术前相比)。但所有cTnI值均在正常范围。结论:介入治疗VSD可以激活sICAM鄄1、sPs的表达,但未造成明显的心肌损伤。 Objective: To study the changes and significance of serum soluble int ercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),soluble P-selectin(sP-selectin,sPs) and troponin I (cTnI) in patients with ventricular septal defect after transcatheter closure. Methods: Using enzyme linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA),serum concent rations of solube ICAM-1,soluble P-selectin and troponin I were measured before and after transcatheter closure. Results: The serum sICAM-1,sPs rose significant ly immediately at the end of closing procedure. The serum sICAM-1,sPs,cTnI decre ased 24 h and 48 h post procedure, decreased to the baseline 48 h post proced ure(compared with pre-procedure), increased significantly 72 h post procedure ( compared with pre-procedure). But all the serum levels of cTnⅠ were in normal r ange. Conclusion: Transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect activate th e expression of sICAM-1 and sPs,but don't result in visible myocardial damage.
