诱导骨髓间质干细胞分化为神经样细胞的体内外调控机制
摘要
近年来研究表明骨髓间质干细胞是一种具有多向分化潜能的种子细胞。它不仅可以向中胚层来源的细胞分化,还能打破胚层起源的局限性向外胚层的神经细胞转分化(transdifferentiation)。本文主要综述了骨髓间质干细胞分化为神经样细胞可能的体内、体外调控机制。骨髓间质干细胞在体内受其所处微环境的变化、相邻或相近或相接触的细胞可能的诱导趋化作用,可能还与细胞融合有关;骨髓间质干细胞在体外分化为神经样细胞主要是在抗氧化剂、钙离子通道阻断剂、细胞因子等的作用下进行诱导分化的,而且可能还与PKA或p38、ERK1/2等信号途径的激活、RNAi的作用有关。
