摘要
综述了超临界流体萃取技术在提取中草药的有效成分、重金属离子、去毒灭菌和去除中草药中的农药等方面的应用以及压力、温度、提携剂、原料颗粒等因素对超临界萃取过程的影响。
Application of supercritical fluid extraction technology in extracting active constituents and heavy metal ions,clearing-up pesticides,toxin and bacteria from herbal medicine were summarized,the effecting factors,such as pressure,temperature,modifiers and particle size on process of supercritical fluid extraction were summarized too.
