摘要
以实地问卷调查为主,政府部门资料为辅,采用对比分析方法,以湖北省通城县隽水镇为例,研究小城镇住宅用地扩张规律。研究表明:小城镇住宅用地无论在扩张时序、扩张影响因素上均与大城市存在很大差异,以私房为主的住宅建设模式使小城镇住宅用地扩张呈现低效率;城镇化进程的推进与流动人口的涌入直接或间接地影响着小城镇住宅用地扩张,是今后导致小城镇住宅用地扩张的持续推动力。
With the Juanshui, Tongcheng, Hubei a study case, the paper study the housing land sprawl law in small town, during the course adopted the contrast analyzing methods, combining the questionnaire investigation and the government department date. The study draw the conclusions: housing land sprawl in time sequence and impacting factors existed great difference between small town and city. Housing construct mode with the independent housing caused the low efficiency sprawl. Urbanization and swarming into of the floating peoples affect the housing land sprawl, which is sustainable driving force to the housing land sprawl in small town.
