摘要
现代教育是以培养创新能力、实践能力的人力资源为目标,而传统的“教师负责教,学生负责学”的教学模式已受到极大冲击。教学如何开展,教师角色如何定位等问题已成为众多教育教学工作者的研究视点。
Modern education aims at developing the human resource with innovation and practice competence. Traditional teaching pattern that teacher focuses on teaching only and student on learning only has encountered great obstacles. How to continue teaching and how teachers regard their position turn into be studied by teaching staff.
