摘要
目的观察低剂量激素替代疗法(HRT)治疗后绝经后妇女血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的变化及其对心血管系统的影响。方法选取本院围绝经期门诊62例绝经后妇女作为研究对象,30例已接受HRT治疗2~6年者为长期治疗组;另32例从未接受HRT者为未治疗组,其中22例随后完成6个月的HRT治疗,为短期治疗组,另10例不用HRT者为对照组。长期治疗组、未治疗组同时抽取肘静脉血,测定空腹血清Hcy水平;短期治疗组接受HRT6个月后、对照组6个月后再测定空腹血清Hcy水平。结果血清Hcy水平长期治疗组为(10.1±2.2)μmol/L,未治疗组为(11.50±2.70)μmol/L,两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。短期治疗组治疗后Hcy水平较治疗前下降(0.81±0.25)μmol/L,用药前后差异显著(P<0.05);对照组6个月前后Hcy水平差别为(0.47±1.30)μmol/L,无明显变化(P<0.05)。结论HRT可降低绝经后妇女血清Hcy水平。
Objective To observe the effect of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) on fasting total homocysteine serum level in postmenopausal women. Methods 62 postmenopausal women were recruited.30 women who have taken HRT for 2-6 years served as long -term treatment group, and another 32 women who never took HRT served as non-treatment group. In non-treatment group, 22 women who took HRT for 6 months served as short-term treatment group, and another 10 women served as the control group. Fasting total homocysteine serum level was determined in long-term treatment group and non-treatment group. Measurement of fasting total homocysteine serum level was performed after 6 months in short-term treatment group and control group. Results Compared with non-treatment group, women of long-term treatment group had statistically lower homocysteine serum level, (10.10±2.20)μmol/L vs (11.80±2.70)μmol/L(P<0.05). Homocysteine serum level decreased by (0.81±0.25)μmol/L after 6 months of treatment using HRT in short-term treatment group, and the decrease was significant (P<0.05).But change of homocysteine serum level was not significant(P>0.05) in control group. Conclusion HRT may decrease homocysteine serum level in postmenopausal women.
