摘要
本文采用直接测定和HNO3-H2 O2 湿法消化法消化鼠组织,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP AES)对鼠血清及组织(心脏、肝、脾、肺、肾等)中的微量钨进行测定,方法快速、简便、准确,线性较好,回收率在94 %～10 8% ,平行测定相对标准偏差<2 0 %
The dissolution method with a nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide mixture is used to deal with the tissuses and the concentration of W in the serium and tissues(heart, spleen, lung, kidney, liver etc )of rats is determined by ICP AES The method is simple, rapid and accurate The recorvery rate of this method is 94%～108% and the relative standard deviation is<2 0%.
