Wet-digest Method for Determination of Trace Elements in Ash and Its Application

摘要 采用高压消化罐法消化样品,采用正交试验设计实验方案,用ICP-AES测定了煤燃烧后底灰中的镁、锰、镍、钾、钙、铝、铁、铜、镓、钛、汞、钒、锗、铈14种元素的含量,方法回收率在89.0%-108.7%之间,相对标准偏差均小于1.97%.方法简单、快速、准确性好,实现了多元素同时测定.测量结果表明,煤燃烧后的底灰与原煤相比微量金属元素普遍得到了富集. The sample have been digested in pressure container. Orthogonal test was applied to determine trace elements in coal as Mg, Mn, Ni, K, Ca, Al, Fe, Cu, Ga, Ti, Hg, V, Ge and Ce by ICP-AES. The recoveries of the method were in the range of 89.0 - 108.7%, and relative standard deviations were less than 1.97%. The method was simple, rapid, and possessed of highly sensitivity and good accuracy. Many elements could be determined at the same time. The experimental results indicated that the trace elements was enriched and concentrated in bottom ash and fly ash during coal combustion.
