摘要
从农业机械化的发展条件和相关因素探讨入手,分析了我国农业机械化发展的阻力、农业劳动力的剩余状况和原因、农业劳动力转移的制约因素;指出了农业剩余劳动力对农业机械化的影响;理清了我国农业机械化发展与农业劳动力转移的相互关系;提出了今后我国农业劳动力转移的方向。
Based on the developmental term and correlative equation of agricultural mechanization, this paper set forth the resistance of agricultural mechanization of our country and the status and reason of agricultural labor force surplus of our country and the restricted factor of agricultural labor force transference , Pointed out the effect of agricultural labor force surplus of our country on developing our national agricultural mechanization , Concluded the correlativity of agricultural mechanization and agricultural labor force transference, Put forward the direction of transferring agricultural labor force in order to accelerate the development of our agricultural mechanization.
