摘要
利用反相高效液相色谱法测定了陈皮中橙皮甙的含量。精密度，稳定性，回收率均达到定量分析标准。采用外标法定量，将测得的峰面积代入标准曲线回归方程，求得含量。
HPLC method for the
determination of hesperidin in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae has been
established inthis report. The method is simple ,specific and accurate.
The recovery of hesperidin is 98. 3% and relative standarddeviation 0.
2 %.
