摘要
                
                    分析了人才资本价值的高不确定性、强增值性、强专用性、强外部性,描述了组织价值与人才资本价值的关系。认为人才资本价值在组织中才能实现,组织价值的实现依靠人才资本价值的实现,人才资本目标与组织目标存在差异,人才资本价值最终体现在市场上。
                
                <Abstrcat> Analyzed here are high uncertainty,increment,specification and brain drain,as well as the relationship between value of organization and that of talent capital.It is thus thought that only through organization can value of talent capital be realized,that realization of value of organization depends on that of value of talent capital,and that value of talent capital is finally reflected in market.
