摘要
将增殖后的山丹小鳞茎转入添加不同种类及浓度碳源、多效唑和赤霉素的壮苗培养基上,进行增大鳞茎的试验。研究表明,添加单一碳源的培养基对小鳞茎的增重效果以葡萄糖30g L较好,小鳞茎平均增重0 873g;添加组合碳源的培养基对小鳞茎的增重效果以蔗糖15g L+葡萄糖15g L较好,小鳞茎平均增重1 05g。在生长调节物质试验中,发现添加4 0mg LPP333和GA31 0mg L时的效果较好,小鳞茎增重分别为1 736g和0 927g。
In order to carry out the bulb augmentation experiment, the multiplied low lily bulbils were transferred into cultural mediums with different categories and concentrations of the carbon resources,PP_(333) and GA_3. The results showed that among the cultural mediums appended with the single carbon resource, the one with a dextrose concentration of 30 g/L had a better augmenting effect, and the average augmenting weight of the bulbils was 0.873 g. Among the cultural mediums appended with compound carbon resources, the one with the saccharose concentration of 15 g/L and the dextrose concentration of 15 g/L had a better augmenting effect, and the average augmenting weight of the bulbils was 1.05 g. In the experiments of the growth modulating materials, it was discovered that the appending of the PP_(333) with a concentration of 4.0m g/L and the GA_3 with a concentration of 1.0 mg/L had better augmenting effects, and the average augmenting weight of the former was 1.736 g, the later was 0.927 g.
