摘要
马鞍山市在向城市化发展过程中存在城镇规模小、基础设施落后、乡镇企业布局散、融资难等问题。提高马鞍山市城镇化水平,必须深化城镇管理体制改革,推进土地使用方式的转变,优化城镇产业结构布局,强化基础设施建设。
In the process of developing, there exist such problems as follows: the size of the city is small (the infrastructure is backward;the distribution of town and township enterprises is scattered and circulating necessary funds is difficult etc. We should deepen the reform of administrative system, advance the transformation of mode of using land,optimize the distribution of industrial structure and strengthen the construct of infrastructure to promote the standard of city Ma'anshan.
