通讯铁塔倒塌原因分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用断口宏、微观分析、力学性能测试、化学成分分析和金相检验等方法,对通讯铁塔的断裂角钢进行了分析。分析结果表明,角钢的化学成分、显微组织和力学性能正常;铁塔在长期使用中缺乏必要的维护,致使多处的紧固螺栓松动,并在较强风力作用下,造成铁塔过度晃动和钢结构塑性弯曲变形导致铁塔倾斜,最终发生铁塔倒塌。 The collapse analysis of communication iron tower was conducted by means of macroscopical and microscopical fracture observing, mechanical property testing, chemical composition analysis and microstructure examining. The results showed that the composition, microstructure and mechanical property of the parts of iron tower is normal; and the collapse of the iron tower was caused by an excessive shaking and unstability due to a strong wing. Whereas the excessive shaking and unstability is because the necessary maintaining to the iron tower was lacked and its many connecting bolts of have been loosen, when it was used for a long time in a more wind environment.
