超高大跨越输电铁塔施工机械设备监管方案研究 被引量:3

摘要 电力工程施工工艺的复杂度随着需求和环境等因素逐渐提高。机械设备的使用一方面大大提升了电力建设工程的作业效率,同时也为现场的管理带来挑战,提升机械设备的管理水平是保障施工质量和安全性的重要手段。为实现电力建设工程中对机械设备的信息化管理研究,以正在建设中的江苏凤城—梅里500kV线路长江大跨越段超高输电铁塔工程项目为背景,以物联网技术为基础,采用GPS技术和5G独立组网模式实现设备定位以及多模态传感器数据的采集和传输,建立智慧工地平台进行数据分析和危险预警,实现对施工现场各类工程机械设备的安全监管。通过在实际工程施工中的应用,所提方案可以有效实现对超高铁塔施工过程中设备的自动化监管和风险规避,可作为相关电力施工中设备监管的参考方案。 The complexity of power engineering construction technology gradually increases with the demand,environment and other factors.The use of mechanical equipment not only greatly improves the operation efficiency of power construction projects,but also brings challenges to project management.Improving the management level of mechanical equipment is an important measure to ensure construction quality and safety.In order to study the information management of mechanical equipment in power construction projects,taking the construction of Jiangsu Fengcheng-Meili 500kV Line Yangtze River large span ultra-high transmission tower project as the background,based on the Internet of things technology,GPS technology and 5G independent networking mode are adopted to realize equipment positioning and multi-modal sensor data acquisition and transmission.Establish a smart site platform for data analysis and risk early warning,and supervise the safety of various construction machinery and equipment on the construction site.Through the application in real engineering construction,the proposed scheme can effectively carry out automatic supervision and risk avoidance of mechanical equipment in the construction of the ultra-high iron tower and can be used as a reference scheme for equipment supervision in relevant power construction.
