摘要
回顾了不同历史时期安全的概念和发展变化,探讨了以政治和军事安全为中心的国家安全观和涉及经济、科技、生态、环境、资源、文化、公共卫生、人口等诸多领域的非传统安全观以及人类安全观。提出人口安全是安全观演进的结果,也是社会经济发展的需要;是一种非传统安全观,也是一种系统的大人口观和积极的人口观。
This article analyzed the definition and development of security. The traditional view of security was country security, which focused on political and military security. However, security in economy、technology、ecology、environment、resource、culture、public health、population and other fields have been put forward as well as human security. Based on the former study of population security, it shows population security which is a kind of nontraditional security, is needed for the economy, it's the result of development of security view as well as systemic and active population view.
