摘要
建立并简化了谷氨酸棒杆菌S9114生产谷氨酸的产酸期的中心碳代谢网络。利用已经在线测量的菌体的比CO2 生成速率(CER)和比氧消耗速率(OUR)在线预测谷氨酸的生成速率。并将速率进行积分,得到的值与离线测量值进行比较,得到谷氨酸的最终浓度比离线测量的值高17%。
A metabolic network of the Corynebacterium glutamacium S9114 of glutamate production period was established and modified. Glutamate production rate was determined using measured on-line CER and OUR of the Corynebacterium glutamacium S9114. By comparing value of on-line rate integral and off-line measurement. It is found that gutamate concentration calculated on-line was 17% higher than measured off-line.
