摘要
多糖具有多种生物活性,在生物体内起着重要作用,现已成为国内外众多学科领域研究的热点之一。从多糖的分离纯化、分析以及生物活性等几个方面对多糖的研究现状进行了总结,并指山多糖的构效关系是今后多糖研究的主要方向。
The polysacchanae has many kinds of bioactivities and plays an important role in the organism,which has been the research hotspot of many subjects.In this paper the methods of extraction and purification,structure analysis,relationships between structure and function were reviewed,and some opinions about future research works are presented.
