摘要
长期以来,竞技体育后备人才培养体制实行的是计划经济模式。广东的竞技体育要发展,要加大改革的力 度,实行多轨制培养体制,利用社会力量培养竞技体育后备人才。在省、市(区)、县,企业,学校等实行多层次、多渠 道、多形式、多网点、多轨制等培养竞技体育后备人才模式。
For a long time,the developing system of the talents reserve for competitive sports has been the mode of the planned economy. If the competitive sport of Guangdong should be developed and enhanced,it is necessary to take a bigger step for reformation and to enforce multi-systems for cultivation,so that social forces can be made use of to develop talents reserve for the competitive sports. At each level of the province, city ,county,enterprise and school,the modes of multiple levels,paths,styles,networks and systems should be adopted to develop the talents reserve for competitive sports.
