摘要
武汉体育学院竞技体校自１９８８年以来，对构建具有本院特色的“亦读亦训”的教学训练模式及其人才培养进行了实践与探索。实践证明了这一“特色模式”的可行性，为竞技体育人才培养开拓了一条新途径。
Since the establishment of the Athletics School which is affiliated to the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education in 1988,practice and experiment has been carried out in the formation of a 'Schooling and Training' model and sports talent cultivation. The 'Schooling and Training' model with distinctive features of the Wuhan institute Physical Education proves to be practical and effective. The establishment of the 'Schooling and Training' model opened up a new way to cultivate sports talents.
