摘要
目的获得Z型折叠腔声光调Q系统稳定运行的条件并优化谐振腔的参数关系。方法对Z型折叠腔进行传输矩阵分析和数值计算,获得了一组优化参数。结果以此参数搭建大功率激光二极管双端泵浦Nd∶YVO4/LBO激光器,实现了声光调Q绿光输出。结论当泵浦功率为25.9W,在重复频率为35kHz时,获得了平均功率为4.7W单脉冲能量为134μJ的绿光输出,光光转换效率为18.1%。
Aim A Z-folded-cavity is analyzed by transmission matrix.Methods Numerical calculation is made to gain the stabilization condition and the rational optimized resonant parameters. Results A LD dual-end-pumped acoustic-optic Q-switched Nd∶YVO_4/LBO green laser is built with the optimized resonant parameters. Conclusion At the frequency of 35kHz,the laser average output power of 4.7W at 532nm and pulse energy of 134 μJ is obtained with 25.9W LD pumping power. The optical-optical conversion efficiency is 18.1%.
