摘要
运用传输矩阵理论分析了Z型折叠腔声光调Q系统稳定运行的条件。分析了激光晶体的热透镜焦距、腔长、反射镜的曲率半径对系统稳定性的影响 ,进行了数值计算和讨论。发现较短腔长其腔的稳定性较好 ,经过实验验证 ,较短腔长的激光器转换效率较高 ,易获得较高的输出功率。
The stable condition of Z-shaped A-O Q-switch ed intracavity-frequency-doubled laser is analyzed with the matrix optics.The in fluence of the resonator’s length,curvature radii of mirrors and the thermal le ngth of the laser cystal on the system stability is analyzed with numerical calc ulation.It is proved that the shorter cavity is easier to achieve high output po wer and high transition efficiency.
