摘要
数据仓库中的数据挖掘技术是近年来用于开发信息资源的一种新的数据处理技术。以大量银行客户信息数据为研究对象,运用数据挖掘技术建立银行评优与选择的客户贡献度分析框架,针对性地讨论如何有效地运用已有的数据获取重要客户名单,以辅助决策者制定决策方案,即通过对重要客户的深入挖掘和针对性服务,极大化客户价值,优化客户服务,增加银行利润。
Data mining technology in the data warehouse is a new type of data processing technology used for developing information resources recent years. The puspose of this article is to examine information data of bank customers, to constuuct analysis system of customer's contribution degree of the bank for bank's choices by using data mining technology. It aims to discuss how to get important customers in order to help decision-maker, that is, to increase bank's profit by study and service for the important customers.
