摘要
文章通过对广东省深圳市的人口增长、资源利用、环境保育、经济增长、社会发展、空间均衡、时间公平之间的耦合关系所进行的现状评价、趋势分析和综合评判 ,构建了深圳市国土资源协调度评价体系。通过定量化研究 ,对深圳市国土资源协调度的现状、变化趋势进行了综合分析。指出目前深圳市国土资源开发尚处于较好的协调状态 。
Based on analysis of the coupling relations between population growth, resources utilization, environmental protection, economic growth, social development, spatial proportionality and time fairness in Shenzhen of Guangdong province, the author looks at the evaluation system in respect to coordinated limit of land resources, then offers a comprehensive analysis on the status quo and the trend of the coordinated limit change. It points out under the good coordinated situation contradictions and problems are not to be ignored.
